Refund policy
Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
Jalips enforces undermentioned terms and conditions for return and exchange:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, under the following terms and conditions. Customers can exchange articles from Jalips outlet or website within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Product (s) must be in its original condition, Unused with the price label.
- Jalips won't accept product (s) where proper care instructions are not being followed.
- Cash refund will not be offered in any case, instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to online customers only, valid for 7 days & redeemable on website.
- Please do not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or parcel seal is opened.
- A replacement will only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock.
- All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If Jalips quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
- Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support refund policy for cash on delivery method.
Refund Process:
When refund is processed, a coupon will automatically be provided to you within 2 weeks. If you have not received a coupon within said period please contact us. It may take some time before the coupon is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3:
Shipping Shipment is free all over Pakistan on order above Rs.2500. On return and exchange your product, you should mail your product to:
Jalips, 5th Floor, Plaza 153-O, Ababil Heights, Main Boulevard, Civic Center Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note Jalips will bear all the shipping cost if Jalips provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete order otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery.
